Not a big deal but..

while i am getting used to the game i had the AI doing the roster moves (lineup, promotions, dl) and it worked fine. Since I updated even though i have it selected under the manager options, it doesnt work. I noticed that some other settings were different after the updated, so could it possibly be just a setting was changed that I havent found or ....? thanx for any help

What type of league are you playing? Are you using the MLB roster set included with the game? Did you start a new game after installing the patch?

I am having the same issue.

I load the 2008 MLB Roster. I create the winter leagues with no issue. But, when I add the leagues from Japan, the players never show up on the active roster. I check off having the AI set lineups ect, bot to no avail.

This is a new league, post patch.

Could you please list the exact steps you used to add Japanese leagues, including when you did it?

Sure.

I create a new game using the included 2008 MLB roster.
After the game is created, I use the wizard and add some additional leagues. The winter leagues as well as the Japanese leagues.

I sim to the current day and it freezes when it tries to sim the Japan games. I look at the roster and they are blank. I go into each team and all of the players are on the inactive roster.

I must be missing a step, because it worked fine for me.

After you created the MLB league, but before you added Japan, did you do anything else? Sim some days?
