Exhibition Game Substitution problem
I just tried an exhibition game yesterday, as I haven't progressed to the season yet, as I'm adjusting the schedule. I could not make any substitutions. Is that by design? I checked and I was the manager, but when I dragged a player down to warm up in the bullpen he didn't stay there. When I tried to replace the pitcher with a batter or even a reliever nothing happened.
I apologize if this has been noted before, I looked through the threads on the first page and in the closed threads, but didn't see anything that looked similar. Thanks. Windows XP 3.0 ghz 2 gigs of RAM Using Firefox, but that worked fine last year with the schedule grid and evaluator. Only iTunes open.

That's very peculiar. I've just tried out exactly what you've said and I can do all the replacements and putting players in the bullpen no problem. You haven't got your manager selected under Substitution Strategy have you?
