Crash: In game pitcher substitution

First time I've ever had an in-game crash in OOTP, going back to OOTP2.

Situation was bases loaded, my team up by 5 in the 9th inning with two outs. I went to click on my team's substitution tab to bring in a reliever, and the click on the tab caused a crash. A little more background...I have warmups disabled.

Out of interest, had the computer AI just subbed in a Pinch Runner at any of the bases? I've had a crash on clicking substitutions once, and it seemed to be straight after the AI had done this. Still waiting for another example to be spotted so that I can verify this, but if this is the case for you then that will help my case...
