HELP! Game won't start!

I think this probably has something to do with the fact that I just got a new laptop today, a MacBook. Anyway, I transferred over everything from the hard drive on my old computer to this new one. And now when I try to start OOTP9 I get this message...

ERROR: OOTP found that the crashed_on_startup flag s set. Obviously the game crashed when you started it last time. To make sure that it starts this time, OOTP will reset the graphics settings ot default values. You can set them back later in the game preferen

Then there's nothing else and I can't play the game. Please help me out on this!

Can you please try redownloading a fresh copy of the game and installing that on your computer?
