Game won't Start, Windows error

I just finished simulating the 1960 season, but have not started the playoffs as yet. Today when I go to Continue Game (1960) I encounter a problem with ootp9.exe and the game won't start. I have the patch.

Do you have any trouble when trying to load up any other leagues? How about when trying to Load Game this saved game, rather than Continue Game?
