Computer brings in same reliever twice

Extra innings...my opponent pinch hits for the pitcher in the top of the inning. After their half inning, the announcement is made that the same pitcher who was just pinch hit for is coming on in relief. They were out of relief pitchers but did have 2 starters rested. Hope this can be fixed. Second time this has happened to me.
