FaceGen issues

I've searched the forums for any solutions for the crashing of the game when updating FaceGen images. I'm using a MacBook Pro and tried replacing the FaceGen files with the PC ones linked in the FAQ forum, but this did not resolve the problem. Have I missed a solution somewhere? Is this something that is being worked on for the coming patch?

In the game preferences (chosen from the main screen where you choose a game from) there are two troubleshooting modes for FaceGen. Can you try each of them in turn and see if either of them solves the problem.

Tried that one as well, saw that as an early suggestion. There seems to be no action on the previous threads relating to this problem and I'm afraid that there is not going to be any resolution; all update talk seems not to mention this issue. The FaceGen feature is one that I like and with a long league history building I don't want to lose those familiar faces.

Then there is the Blank Awards history... but that's a different issue.....

Do you have an Intel Mac? If so, I believe that these issues should be fixed in the next patch.
