Replacing a fictional picture with an existing one in an ongoing league

I found out that some of the downloaded player photos I have didn't have the same names as the players (an example is that Jason Bergmann is Jay Bergmann in OOTP), and by the time I figured this out, the game had already generated a fictional picture for him. Is there any way to get rid of that picture and replace it with the correct one? There doesn't seem to be an option to load a picture the way that you can team logos and the like, but hopefully I'm missing something. Knowing how to just delete the fictional picture would also do the trick.

Once you've renamed the player/photo, can you force update (under league options?)...

no idea, just a thought.

I tried that, it didn't seem to work. Perhaps if a fictional picture had not already been created then it would have looked in the default folder, but since one had, I suspect it never got that far.
