Player ratings not showing on play screen

I am playing some historical leagues and I notice that at the begininng of the game there are no player ratings in the boxes on the field or next to the pitcher and batter on the left side of the screen. If I choose a player and go to his page then go back to the game, the ratings for the players show up.

Yes, the complete scouting system is check in Global setup

Is the same Scout appearing in both screens? It sounds like one is showing OSA and the other is showing your scouting director.

I don't understand what you are saying about the Scout showing up on both screens. I did turn off the Scouting on the Global setup screen and the rating now show on the play screen.

With scouting on, there ought to be a dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner of the screen that says "Ratings Scouted By:". Could you please verify that it shows the name of your current scout?
