Past Reports Not Being Stored?

It seems that the past reports under scouting isn't being stored for my player. There is only one report under the past reports section, and it's one for Oct. 18 2008, but ever since then, my players have been re-scouted many times including March, April, and June 2009 in addition to other reports that I manually requested. All the reports between Oct. 18, 2008 and the latest ones in June aren't listed under past reports. Are past reports only stored once every year or is this a bug?

Has this been addressed? I'm experiencing this issue as well. Does it only store the most recent report from a year or is it supposed to store every report the scout gives you?
