If it holds true to form of all other patches I ever got, it will erase the L/R splits on the main screen of players, the one that shows the last 3 years, but will not effect the "batting stats" screen of any current season you have running so if you want to see the actual L/R stats you will have to go to that screen rather than having the convenience of seeing it on the first page you come to when you click on the player.

Is this patch going to be released today? I kind of put transferring my OOTP8 league on hold until this is released. If not today then that's cool just wanted to know. Thanks!

But see I didn't ask what time - I asked if it was still going to be TODAY(Monday)?

Because I thought I RIF when they said it was going to be out "This weekend" and it didn't. Sooo I was just wanting a response if it was going to be today or not... that's all.

You guys just need to hang tight. I'm not a spokesman for OOTP nor can I officially say "yes, the patch will be out today" or anything close to that. What I do know is that the patch is done [at least the one I've seen, heh] and we're in the process of getting it put up on the mirror sites currently. Other than that, just waiting on Steve to get home from work and make it all official.

They wanted to get it up on all of the mirror sites before going public with it to avoid the whole release day issue. That is all I know to be fact at this point. I'm sure when they are ready they'll release everything.

Thanks for the update...I guess I'll go ahead and transfer my league from version 8 to 9 and cross my fingers. I'm chomping at the bit to play!
