Logo/Jersey Request, Nations

I'm looking for some logos and jerseys for some nations.

For the Jerseys, I'm just looking for pretty basic stuff with the Name of the Nation across the Chest(such as U.S.A., Canada, etc.) with the National Colors.

For the Logos probably just the nations flag or something like that.

Anyone know where I can find some? or anyone ambitious enough to make some?
