Ratings updated Based Upon Sim Stats or Actual Stats

I noticed when I set up my league that there was a question about updating player ratings on a yearly basis with "real world" stats. Is it possible to have ratings updated by simmed stats instead? I believe this way the development of players is less predictable over time and would make for a more interesting and less predictable game.

Simply de-select the recalc option and the game will take over the development of players on it's own.
