Taking over an expansion team

I just got through with the draft, but I can't figure out how to take over a new team. I'm in commish mode, but when I click "Apply for Job," the new teams are the only ones that don't show up.

As I said in your other thread asking the same question, scroll down to the bottom of the available jobs list. They SHOULD be there.
