All Star Game question

I have never set up my primary league with one subleague before, and I'm curious how the All Star Game would work. Would it just select a team and have a break? Or create two teams and play a game? Or what?

If its a single sub-league setup with 2 divisions there can be an all-star game. Aside from that I don't think its possible with one sub-league.
