Custom Settings

Does anyone have a collection of threads/websites or something that has various league settings (creation modifiers, totals, etc. ) that I could view for ideas on a fictional league I'm making.
Thanks in advance.

A collection of them, no. Do you have the basic idea of how you want your world to play out? Some of us might be playing similar leagues and can give you tips towards what modifiers and settings we use to get certain results.

The concept of the league is pretty silly. Post-nuclear holocaust with advanced genetics/mutations.
1. Power hitting (home runs) without greatly increased ERA.
2. Aging slowed (I think I got this one figured out).
3. Less fatigue/high stamina low injury and emphasis on smaller roster.
4. Begin with 2 four team divisions, expansion approx every ten years until it grows to 24 teams. Generally how many players should be protected assuming 2 or 4 expansion teams?
5. Financials- Balanced with low media contract(fixed) and low salaries. 10000 average attendance, $10.00 tickets. <I have no clue what the average contracts should be and what the media rev. should be.

Increasing homeruns without increasing ERA much might be tricky. OBP and other type of hits would have to be greatly reduced, I would think.
