September 3 and no expanded rosters

This is my first year with 2007 in my league and its now September 3 2009 and I still have 25 man rosters. I imported this league from 6.5 and of course when September 1 comes around we go to 40 man roster. I checked all the options and it appears I have them correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

did you get an email saying the rosters are expanding? does the transaction screen say 25/40?

Nope. On my transaction screen it says 25/25 and didn't get an email.

Maybe a silly question, but are you managing a big league team or a minor league club? I'm assuming of course, a big league one, but it's a question worth asking.

Major League Team. Kansas City Royals. After posting this topic I looked again at the Roster Rules and here is what it said. Sorry cant get a picture.

Active Roster Limit: 25
Foreign Player Limit: None
Expanded Roster Size: Rule Disabled -- Changed to 40 man
Expanded Roster Size: 40
Roster Expansion Date: 09/01/09

I figured after I changed it to 40 it would up the roster size but it kept it at 25. If I have to play this year with no 40 man for the last month its no big deal. I just want to have this fixed for next year.

Rule Disabled means you've turned it off.

Thats what I figured after I saw it. I was hoping after I changed it, it would change the rosters to 40 but I guess not. Hopefully it works out fine next year though.

When you get to the offseason, you should be able to change it (if you can't do so midseason).
