this is a brand new ootp 7 league looking for 16 owners to complete in. here is the league sign up thread

What sort of league is this? Fictional players? Historical? Real life players?

Real life players. i am holding of on signups for a bit. as me and my friend work out all of the details of this league. but fool is in as a owner.
