Markus has the sabermetric section been updated at all? Have any of the stats like Ron Shandler uses been added. I would like to see some of the player cards look like what is done in Graphical Player. I dont remember if you had the big three for pitchers in there: command, control and dominance. Thanks.

Is there a historical streaks page so you can see what team has the longest winning streak of all time, that sort of thing?

hoping the steroid thing can be toggled on/off - Steroids has really ruined a small part of real baseball for me and while I can understand where some people want the game to emulate the real game as much as possible, this is part I would rather not see.
having said that I think an interesting idea perhaps for v10 is the OPTION to put a player on steroids. If he goes on he has a chance to get much better and a chance to get caught. I would still probably turn it all off but with the option it adds some strategy to the whole concept.

Looks great thanks!
I'm hoping that drug use is tied to a player personality trait and that some players are more prone to it than others. It would be really cool if a player was on 'roids all of a sudden he gets a ratings boost. Discipline: 3 (1-10) (Hidden) Performance inhancing drug use: Y (y/n) Then have random drug tests. If a player is using and also gets popped for the test BAM suspension. Either way it's a cool addition thanks for all the hard work! |

I think the asterisk for the streaks would look better if it either followed the players name or preceded the number so the columns would line up better. Example:
Code:
*22 21 19 18 instead of: 22* 21 19 18

Good stuff Markus! These features will definitely add to the immersion factor.

you are the GM\Manager and you're pressuring your player to use steroids and supplying them also? If this is in and your player is caught should your GM character also be fired from the organization? Should you be suspended from the league too? Too me it makes OOTP look bad, I mean how do you describe this is new feature list for v10+? Quote:

Is there a hidden rating that determines how likely a player will use illegal drugs? I was just thinking if it's a random, but equal chance for every player, the likelihood a player will be caught multiple times is quite low. Another way to put is, if a player is caught using drugs does that indicate he is a higher risk to use again than compared to the average player?
