Trades and Cash

Hi,

I'm running OOTP 8 and I'm getting a problem where if I engineer a trade that brings my team cash and costs me nothing, it tells me I cannot afford the contracts of the offered players.

It looks like the exact same problem that's listed here.

If this is truly patched, can someone point me to the exact file location? I've looked around on the main page and I'm not sure what to download, since I'm not sure if OOTP 2007 and OOTP 8 are the same thing.

The patch to 8.0.0.13 is found here:

OOTP 2007 and OOTP 8 are two separate games, though they are very similar.

Does this solve your problem?

No, I patched it and the same thing is happening. It won't accept cash transactions at all - either giving or receiving.

Never mind... I've gotten a refund (more because of speed/performance issues, but this certainly didn't help).
