Error: Could not get file information

Good morning! -- What would cause the game to say "Error: Could not get file information" when you're checking for a new online league file?

Thanks everyone. I searched through the forums and didn't find this.. so I thought I'd ask because we're running into this issue.

Yeah. There's just two of us and we're new to it.. so there's all kinds of possibilities that it's done wrong...

Hrm. Well, have you verified that the files were actually uploaded to the location that the game is checking?

Yeah, the tar.gz (or whatever) file is on the FTP site. And we're able to log into the site fine.. cause we're able to upload to it. Just not download this file.

Yeah, admittedly this area is not one of my specialties. Do you have any firewalls on?

Have you tried posting the question in the Commish Corner? Some of the people with more experience in this area might have better advice:
