Bug in Auto Manage Minors

Ok this has happened to me twice now in the online league TLB.
The error occurs when I press the Auto Manage Minor League button and the computer tries to reorder my minor leagues.

Here is an example of what happened from the transaction news:
Richard Brink was promoted from A Brooklyn Cyclones to .
Brian Pitchford was promoted from A Brooklyn Cyclones to .

This time 9 guys "disappeared". I really just want to warn every other owner out there to not use "auto manage minor leagues." I think there might be a problem with the number of guys we have in the minors. I think it also might have something to do with placing guys at one level. This past time my minors were broken down to 40 at AAA, 20 at AA, and 23 at A after I pressed the button (I can't remember what they were before I pressed.) I think maybe it has something to do with positions as well, I lost 3 C, 2 LF, 2 2B, and 2 MR. The strange thing is my AA team is a little too perfect after being auto arranged. Exactly 5 SP, 5 MR, 1CL. 2 C, 1 each 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, LF, CF, RF. My theory is that the auto manager sees that there are people in that position already there and dismisses the rest into oblivion. I don't know, it boggles me. Hopefully someday Markus can figure this one out. And I just hope its in time for one of my lost prospects, Sine to play in my OF.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated. These players are not "gone." They are still seen through roster/all, in ST, and they are all in the player file. They are listed as being on my team but not on any minor league team.

This is a known issue that is being looked into. Hopefully a fix will be coming soon.
