Several bugs--reporting!

I have some problems with this game.

1. My TOR Blue Jays has earned 11M through the season, minus 8.5M payroll, the team cash maximum is 5M but my team market has been slightly-above-average all the time. Last simulation year my payroll went as high as 9.5M and I signed a few free agents during the season and whoa, the team market dropped to average! Doesn't it ever grow bigger??

2. I've won WS championship from 1996~2003, averaging 120~130 wins per season, but my fan loyalty remained average all the time. Hey, fan interest has been 100 for 6 years in a row already.
To provide extra info, I played in manager mode, historical league (starting 1993).

3. I think there is a bug when importing real rookies.
I used Lahman 5.0 with 2002 players available, however, from 1998 I got virtually NO rookies imported. From 1993~1998 such problem didn't occur. (During the loading time, I saw only 1 player loaded and it happened too quick to see who it was.)

Extra info: I changed the league structure to add new divisions and TBD/ARZ to MLB before proceeding to 1998.

4. I never succeed when proposing marriage with the women in the game. They kepted on refusing and one day they broke up with me! I've changed girlfriends 6 times in this game! What happened? I'm already a living legend manager earning over 6 million per year!

5. My computer always crashed after playing OOTP5 and when I tried to shut down the computer. I've tested loading the game and not loading it, it seems that my computer only crashed AFTER playing OOTP5. (Typical windows error message, except in white background, not blue! now that's weird.)

Please tell me what the problems are and if there WAS a problem, release a new patch.

P.S. I enjoyed this game very much that I recommended it to several friends on internet baseball websites. I also got STB2002!

1. Yes it does, but usually not in a predictable pattern.
2. Fan interest at 100 probably had something to do with this.
3. The problem is with the particular version of the database most likely, there are some updated and corrected one's available as some data was missing from the original.
4. I really don't think that $$ matters in this area, just sounds like bad luck.
5. No idea what is up here.

Another patch should be ready soon.
