Historical database

My computer crashed and after restoring OOTP8 to my new hard drive I get the following message everytime I load one of my historical seasons:

"Could not find Historical Database! Please check your database path in the league options."

The database is in the correct OOTP8 folder but I guess the game has lost it's link to it.

I cannot locate the database path in the league options, or anywhere else. I have searched the forum for a similiar problem and can't find it there either.

How do I find the database path within the game and correct it?
