Scout Bug

I hired 2 scouts during the offseason and they show up in my personnel page and everything. The problem I am having is that they can't scout anything. I send one of them to Cuba and the next day they are back. I tried scouting everything and they just cancel the next day. So I go into their player pages and they are listed as scouts for another team. I also can't fire them or promote someone in their place.

Are you actually the GM of your team, or are you in commish mode and "Acting As" the GM of a team?

Which version of the game are you using, please?
