I really needs Some Help

Ok I just got the game yesterday.Now there is a couple of things i need help with could some one please help because i want to star a League but these problems keep getting in my way.

1.How come When i upload a real roster every time i look at the team roster it close on me.

2.How do i get real roster because now after i download one it want let me use any other download.

3. Where and how do i install patches?

Could someone please Help me.

could some one please help me i really want to start my own league but i can't because this stuff is messing me up.
