Request: Modify This Logo

Hello. I was wondering if any of the talented logo creators out there could modify this logo for me. I'm looking to have the cross replaced with a baseball bat. I tried, but I am not talented enough to make the curved shape of the bat.

If you could also add "Pilgrims" to the bat in a sort of burnt in label on the bat, that would be awesome. But really i'm just looking for the cross to be replaced by a baseball bat.

The rest of the cleanup needed on the pic i'll do myself.
