This is high on my wish list. It's frustrating to be looking at during sim mode and then have it disappear right in the middle of when you're reading the information on the screen.

So does anyone know if this screen will be included in OOTP9? If not, I would think it could at least be a "report." Is there some reason it would not be included?

I agree.
I think regardless this screen should be much more customizable. I want to pick what standings are seen, (i'd want to eliminate the news portion) how much space they take, font size, what stats are shown, how many players are shown under each category, and I want to have my shortlist players stats shown there as well. Making this screen customizable, would just make the game so much more rad. |

Yeah, I think it would be really cool to select what stats to see in the screen and how they are displayed, etc.

Could someone please explain what the "sim screen" is? Is it the screen that comes up when a game is being simmed, with the PbP and all that?

It is the screen that come up when you sim from the schedule screen. It has standings, news, and leaderboards.

So I may have missed the announcement, but did this make it into OOTP9?

I'd love to see this screen without simming. Bump to get Markus' attention.

I also love this screen and it's the first thing I noticed and missed once I got my new PC. The old one was so slow that I could pretty much read the whole page before a day was simmed and now it's just a flash.

You can almost always tell when it's in the game or not because if a thread like this comes up..and Markus doesn't respond, that means it's NOT in the game. However, if someone asks about a feature that IS in the game, Markus will jump in there and say "yeah this is in the game!!"
If he comes in this thread and says "no it's not in the game" a lot of people may be turned off and not purchase the game, so he'd rather leave it to people to pay the 30 bucks first and then be disapointed. I've seen him do it for several years now. I bet money that as of right now, this screen is NOT selectable in the game like everyone is wanting, simply because Markus hasn't responded to the many topics about it. |

Put me down for a "pretty please" on this, too. I really do find that screen to be useful and would very much love to be able to refer to it when I'm not in the midst of a sim.

I would like to see the sim screen too but if it we could customize it that would be even better. <Captain Obvious>

This is the screen that shows up as your computer is simulating the games.
I guess what is puzzling is that it is already "in" the game, so to speak. Most of us are just asking for an option or report to be available when the computer is not simming so we can actually read the report. The request seems so reasonable, I don't understand why it's not available. It seems like it would be easy to add. Can anyone please explain why it wouldn't be included? BKL |

I'd just like to endorse this idea one more time.
