2 Questions From A Newbie - Thanks In Advance!

I just purchased OOTP 8 and downloaded Cubbie Fan's rosters.

1. There are still some transactions that need to be made and I cannot figure out how to trade between two teams I dont manage?

For example I am going to manage the Washington Nationals but want to make the Bedard trade between Balt and Sea.

2. How can I have the scouting system on but at the samed time have the star rankings show up?

1) You need to set yourself as the Commissioner, as well as running your team. Then you can 'Act as' one of the teams involved in the trade and force the trade through. Don't forget to switch back to your own team after that.

As for #2, I have no idea. I never use the scouting system.
