TBBL Looking for some GMs

I've been running this league for a long time. Right now, we are in the year 2013, approaching the All Star Break. We are looking for some GMs to fill some vacancies.

Here are the teams available:
Texas Rangers (one of the top farm systems around)
Boston Red Sox (just 2.5 games out of 1st place)
Tampa Bay Devil Rays (Loads of talent on this team)
New York Mets (Leading NL East)
Toronto Blue Jays (Another team with a great farm system)
Los Angeles Angels (4.5 out of 1st, won division last season)
