OOTP 6.5 Runtime Error & Time Warp Baseball

I know this is for OOTP 8/2007 rather than 6.5, but the thread over in the older OOTP tech folder isn't getting much reading. So perhaps I can slide a note in here with a link to the other thread/post and attract the attention of someone who might help:

Runtime Error

I know Steve Kuffey put up an earlier Run Time error note. His general solution there was to rebuild your hard disk. I don't know if that will solve the issue. The Commish of the league ran into the error on two different computers. I believe he also reinstalled the game and had the same problem. I also did a rollover with the files on my own PC, and ran into the same error. Sound like it's the league files rather than the PC's.

For reference, the league in question is one that's been rather popular over time in the Dynasty section:

We still run the annual HOF voting in the Dynasty forums.

So... any help would be appreciated. We just finished 1978, the 78th season of the dynasty and 33rd year of it being an active online league since the end of World War II.

Sorry guys. It doesn't appear that anyone in here has the knowledge to troubleshoot 6.5 issues.
