Used to watch General Hospital on occasions because I used to party in High school with Felicia's sister

Felicia - Google Image Result for http://z.about.com/d/generalhospital/1/0/T/2/Kristina%20Wagner2.jpg

Kristina Wagner and her little sister (Amy I think) both went to North Central High School (where Eric Gordon went). I went to a school close by and two of my better friends went to North Central.

LOL! But, if Mr. Wight were wearing a protective cup, would PBF have any chance at all?

1. Wight's nose really is broken. It was scripted for PBF to hit him, but it wasn't planned for him to hit Wight that hard.
2. PBF is not receiving $20 million for his appearance.

It doesn't take very much at all to break a nose. The worst part of breaking it is the tearing that doesn't allow you to see anything.

I'm aware since I've had mine broken on several occasions, bottom line is wrestling is all fake and it sucks .. but if PBF can gain some fans by going on the hillbilly soap opera then good luck.

Last year it was DWTS, this year it is WWE, next year he will have a reoccurring role on "Days of our Lives" as twins both in a coma.

I loved the WWF when I was 8-10 years old. I remember Hulk Hogan and that Giant he used to fight. Then my dad told me that it was all fake and the bubble kind of bursted. Sort of like Santa Claus.

Greatest wrestling memory I have is When Gerlado(working for 20/20) asked Dr D, David Schultz if wrestling was fake and Dr D smacked the crap out of Geraldo and chased him down a hallway. At the end of the segment Geraldo was explaining how he had a ruptured eardrum from the smack..lol...Ahh good times...Now but I'll admit I do from time to time get cought up in the stories every year or year and a half I'll watch it for about a month and then lose interest again. I do have to say I went to summer slam a few years ago when it was in phoenix and it really was a blast.

The original ECW kicked ass, and being there live was even better.

This other crap is way too commercial and dull.
Remember the story lines from when you were 10 or 11 years old? Same ones now with different people.

Wrassling was always kind of like the circus. Fun entertainment when you were young enough to be dazzled by it.

The sport is fake ofcourse but there is still a degree of athleticism that goes into it. I loved Jimmy Snooka back in the day.

I saw that too, it was actually John Stossel and he suffered permanent hearing loss. Schultz was probably the wrong guy to ask as he was a legit badass. We used to go watch the AWA in Salt Lake City, get drunk and torment the Wrestlers (My friends and I were all 19-21 and stupid) One of my buddies spit at Schultz and he went over the rail and chased him up the aisle before Police intervened.....Schultz was not happy, I am laughing now remembering the look on my friends face as he turned to run.

Wasn't Snooka also known as "Superfly?" Used at watch him, "Nature Boy" Ric Flair, The Superstar, Matador, BlackJack Mulligan, etc. on Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling, which aired on channel 10 every Saturday at 1:00 P.M. CST.

Fun times!

Can we agree not to call it a sport? A sport, IMO, is where both sides has an equal shot at winning. Wrestling is a soap opera, not a sport.

Ballet is requires athletism also but it's not really a sport either.

No one over the age of ten, or with the mentality of a ten-year old, thinks that pro wrassling is a sport. Wrassling is scripted entertainment featuring athletic individuals like tumblers and bare-back riders in the circus.

You are correct it was Stossell..Great story I'm chuckling just imagining what his face looked like as he turned to run must have been pretty damn funny.

I'm not claiming wrestling is a legit sport (it has been completely "worked," in wrestling parlance, since the 1920s), but your definition of what is a "sport" is dangerously close to excluding boxing as well. How legit a fight is a hot prospect in his debut versus a 2-20 tomato can looking for a quick payday? Or a mobbed up fighter taking a dive? Or a fight in which Don King selects the judges? Or how about this, how much of a chance of winning did Lennox Lewis have in his first fight w/ Holyfield? Sure the results of wrestling are ALWAYS predetermined (although Bret Hart would tell you that doesn't always mean the pre-selected winner emerges victorious), but the distance between wrestling and the oft-shady world of boxing isn't as great as first appears.

Alright, now I'm intrigued. What did "The Hitman" have to say about so-called predetermined outcomes?
