Pitcher endurance

The default rating system has up to 20 in rating. Well, I've got pitchers with 12 endurance who'll only pitch like 60 pitches. How do I MAKE them pitch 100. These pitchers go to FA and go to another team and perform EXTREMELY well as SP. Also, how do I limit pitch counts. It seems I set it through the strategy but it doesn't do it while i sim.

Two quick things to check.

Are you establishing them as Starting Pitchers, and in the individual strategy settings are you adjusting the hook quickness and the pitch count number.

Doing all of these things should help you.
