Email empty in the game

I got the problem for my owner. They don't see the email in the game. They see there's an email but the email is blank. As commish I see all the messages.

The owners makes the file transfer after each sim.

Is someone have a clue?

Is just one owner seeing empty messages, or are all of them? Are you running OOTPB 2007 or OOTP 8?

all the owner except me (commish).

The version is ootp 2007 version 2.0.2 buid 53

Are all of your owners also using the second patch? Are you sure that they aren't using the third patch, version 2.0.3.68?

Usually this happens when a commish only includes a limited number of messages in his export and the GM in question hasn't imported new files for a few sims. They see that a message exists, but they don't have the content for that message.
