I am almost there, just going back and editing the records of fighters back to 1954. I lost a couple of months because of my 2.0 problems so I have to backtrack in the threads and make sure that I have as many records right as possible. This is the second time I have had to stop and restart, but I dont think there will be anymore problems with the 2.5v. Knock on wood! |

Great to see this starting back up. Fingers crossed that you have no more problems Btown cause lord knows you've dealt with enough in this game.

Thanks. I agree. But I think with the 2.5v, I wont have the crash issues I kept having with 2.0. Let's hope. |

Mancini unloads on Lenzi and improves to 8-0...
Ray Mancini, Italy, 7-0-0 (7) vs Mario Lenzi, Italy, 6-1-0 (3)
La Favorita, Palermo, Italy. Lenzi get off first with a nice combination as Mancini responds and flurries at the end of round one. Boom Boom applies some nice pressure in round 2 as he has Lenzi backing up. The 3rd is even. Mancini puts Lenzi on his back in the fourth round. Lenzi is down for the second time but manages to make it to the stool. Both fighters rest in the 5th and I am a bit surprised because I would have thought that Mancini would have tried to follow up on his last round. Lenzi comes back and scores well in the 6th. The 7th, 16-9, is another good round for Lenzi. Mancini is starting to find the rhythm again as he dominates the 8th and 9th rounds. Lenzi looks completely exhausted, 19-10, Mancini in the 10th. 20-8, Mancini in the 11th. A straight right puts Lenzi down for the 3rd time in the 12th. Mancini puts Lenzi down three more times in the 13h and the referee mercifully puts a stop to the fight even though Lenzi keeps getting back up on his feet. Winner: Mancini Result: (TKO13) Cards: 116-108, 118-106, 115-110, all three cards in favor of Mancini Punch stats: 265-511, 51.9% Lenzi - 354-1088, 32.5% Mancini |

Fourth round KO for Terrible Terry Norris...
Terry Norris, USA, 1-0-0 (1) vs Waxxen Fikes, USA, 1-0-0 (1)
Norfolk Scope, VA, USA. Terrible Terry unloads with both hands and puts on a beautiful display of boxing in the opening round. 25-2, Norris in the 2nd. Fikes is unable to defend and is eating leather here in the 3rd, 16-0. A vicious combo puts Fikes down at the end of the 4th and Fikes cannot beat the bell. Norris improves to 2-0 with a 4th round knockout. Winner: Norris Result: (KO4) Cards: 30-27, on all three cards in favor of Norris Punch stats: 18-18, 100% Fikes - 221-341, 64.8% Norris |

Mexican Boxing Federation Championship
FECOMBOX Title Fight - Gimnasio Oscar "Tiger" Garcia, Mexico
[MBF Champion] Manuel Ramos, Mexico, 13-7-1 (8) vs MBF #1 Erik Morales, Mexico, 10-1-0 (9) Both fighter come out slow as Morales takes the first and Ramos the second round. Ramos lets it fly in the 3rd, 16-3. Morales responds but the 4th is a slugfest, 17-15 Ramos. Morales, 21-6, in the 5th. Morales has swelling around both eyes. Morales takes the 6th, Ramos the 7th. Morales has a good 8th, 16-2, but the 9th is a breather round for both fighters. Another even round in the 10th as the swelling is starting to get worse for Morales. An uppercut puts the champion down in the 11th, 35-0, as the referee counts Ramos out. Erik Morales is the new FECOMBOX champion! Winner: Morales Result: (KO11) Cards: 96-94 Morales, 96-94 Morales, 95-95 Punch stats: 250-532, 47% Ramos - 276-745, 37% Morales |

Published rankings...
After the completion of fights scheduled for February 1955, all rankings for each organization will be published along with a list of incoming professionals slated to make their debut. The new stable max is a total of five fighters, with a max of 4 allowed from one region (CABO, EBU, ICBA, USBA).
Hope to see all promotional teams back after the delay. *One other note: some RFG fighters will be added to certain countries and regions. You can bet that most of the countries of the promotional fighters will have an influx of new blood (Cuba, England, Mexico, Puerto Rico, US). These fighters will be identified with an asterick (*) by their names. Most of these fighters will be in the ranges of 0-2 ratings, and as high as "6" only in the United States. I will not inform you of a fighters ratings.

Remember, all the fighters until next month are real so you can always go to Boxrec to check out what the record of a fighter is to see what kind of rating you think he may have. Although, with Slovakia, there isnt much deviation with ratings since that country isnt known for producing powerhouse boxers. |

Van Sickle provides a tough test for Money May...
Floyd Mayweather Jr., USA, 2-1-0 (2) vs Chad Van Sickle, USA, 3-0-0 (2)
War Memorial Auditorium, Syracuse, NY, USA. Van Sickle impresses in the 1st, 16-10. Money Mayweather lands a left hook that puts Van Sickle on his seat at the end of the 2nd. The third is another give and take round, 15-9, in favor of PBF. Van Sickle is doing a good job of cutting off the ring but is having trouble with PBF's handspeed. Another hook puts Van Sickle down in the 5th, 22-9, PBF. 17-13 for Van Sickle in the 6th. PBF 21-10 in the 7th. This is looking like a much tougher fight than expected for PBF, 8-8, in the 8th. Van Sickle is down again in the 9th but gets up again and comes forward. A barrage of punches sends Van Sickle down twice and for good in the 10th. I am pretty sure that Money is glad to see his opponent not getting up any more. Winner: Mayweather Jr. Result: (KO10) Cards: 87-81, 89-79, 87-81, all three cards in favor of Mayweather Jr. Punch stats: J223-420, 53.1% Van Sickle - 272-391, 69.6% Mayweather Jr. |
