Could not load image error

I am getting this error message on certain fighters and I am not sure why. It doesnt close the game down but gets annoying when this comes up on a few fighters in the database. The picture of this particular fighter is in the correct folder and named correctly so why a few of the fighter pics arent loading correctly is confusing me.

Save the pic as a png file and it should be fine. This may be one of those oddball files saved as a bmp but given a jpg extention (or something like that).

i am finding that any pic that not a jpg i get that message also evan after converting pic to jpg.

What are you guys talking about?

Last time I checked, all the fighter pics were jpegs. Where's the Graphic Arts guy when we need him?
