OOTP 8 ordering problem

I ordered OOTP 8 (using my discount code from having bought OOTP 2007) and did not receive my e-license activation code. I have now e-mailed e-license three times and have e-mailed OOTPDevelopments twice and have heard no response. If anyone reading this can help me, please let me know. I am quite anxious to get playing.
