Invalid Player File
I have just encountered the Invalid Player File error after my computer had frozen up. This has happened to me several times before (I _HATE_ this computer...it freezes up at random times inside and outside of OOTP), and every other time I've simply deleted the league and started from scratch. However, I'm getting quite tired of doing that.
I do have a backup of the league from the initial season (before coaches/scouts signing period), which would save me from having to create the league from scratch again. However, all of the players in the league have retained their PLAYER HISTORY from when before the player file crashed. I have searched this board to find a solution for this (besides going through every player and editing the HISTORY section), but I have yet to find one. Does anybody know of a way to reset all players' history section? I know it doesn't really affect gameplay, but it is quite an eyesore when looking at players. Thanks in advance for any help given, and if I simply overlooked a post that contained this information already I am sorry.

There isn't a fix for this, the only thing that you can do is "backup" your file often.
