Broadcast issues

Whenever I play in Broadcast mode, it doesn't have an image of a ballpark; it's just a grey/brown void around the names of the players. Is there some way to fix this?

Which version of the game are you using, please? Have you done any editing of your ballpark images?

Although it's a solution to a slightly different issue, could you try the steps listed in the link below?

In the first paragraph of the following thread, the original poster found that he was missing a file that caused this behavior. Could you try following his steps?
