Cant upload roster sets like cubby's new one.

Hey, I cannot download the newest roster set because of the .rar file. I can download it and then cant open it with anything. Any ideas on how to help me out?

Go to http://www.rarlab.com and download winrar from there. It's shareware so you can use it free for 40 days (though to be honest it pops up a message after that and lets you continue)
