Best current real stadium pack?
Right now, I am using "danielbstadiums" and they are pretty cool, but I really like using real photos of the stadiums.
I had downloaded a stadium pack which indeed had real photos, but some of the photos were lacking, such as the new stadium in cincinatti, and some of the other photos used were of the stadium during some kind of special event. For instance, the Brewers field had a bunch of people holding hands across the outfield. Since I play NL Central, I cannot use this pack because the Cincy and Milwaulkie stadium photos are no good. No offense to the designer, most of the stadiums in the pack are great. But I would like a pack with real stadium photos taken in game, so that there are players on the field. thanks for any help. Also, how hard would it be to make these myself? I would certainly be up for the task if an experienced modder could tell me basically how it is done. |

Not sure if you know, but you can mix and match pictures from different stadium packs. If you like some of the ones you have now, but find better ones of a few of the others (banner day one, one has the batting cages up, etc) just copy them in. You dont have to take "all or nothing" with the stadium packs.
Sorry if you realized this, but just wanted to make that clear if you didnt

Nukester, that's what I did. I took a stadium template from, well can't think of his name, and I put stadiums that I wanted in them. I use Paintshop Pro 7. I'm good at slicing and dicing but a little rough on creating.

I dont think you'll find a picture of Cincinatti's new balpark yet since it has not opened yet. The Stadium pack that you are referring to is the pack I created, I know I recently had someone who edited a few of the parks to take out things like the batting cage and the parade in Miller. He did this by taking the picture and cutting a piece of outfield grass and then blending it will a pitcure program to remove the stuff he didn't want.
BTW: When the season starts I will be looking for pictures of the new parks. |

It does, just there hasn't been a game there yet. I don't even know of a good picture you can use for it that isn't a drawing.

No, even if you go to the Reds site and say see the view from my seats you get a model.

I saw a great picture of Great American Ballpark in the newspaper today, it would be perfect for OOTP but not sure if the same picture is posted on the net somewhere
