Matteo, read the readme.txt included in the zip file. You need to convert the images to bmp's.

Just an update on the face pack....

I ended up going back to having all the pictures as jpg's. had to save all the space i could. This means you have to convert hem back to bmp's once you download it.

The readme.txt has instructions on doing so.

Also, ths facepack should work well with both the 2004 roster sets, there are over 4,800 real life player photos in this set, all the way down to single A ball.

Any plans to update these as things change? I know that they continue to add player pics over there as players get acquired/traded. I suppose it's not as big a deal in OOTP since leagues or single players don't really make the trades as they play and you only start with a roster set once really.

I do plan on updating this as the season moves along, ill probably release another pack right after the trade deadline or something along that line. I have my server sync'd with the highheat2004.net picture directory, so when ever things get updated there, they update on my end as well.

Hmm..I'm just curious, but what needs to be done to get these to show up with the corresponding players in Total Minors v1 (and the future ones I assume)?

I see for example that Bonderman (tigers singleA) is 1549.bmp or something like that. I assume that means I need to go to the directory with photo's, and rename bonderman.bmp (or whatever it is) to 1549.bmp.

Is that correct? Am I making sense?

If so, this sounds extremely painful...perhaps there's an easier way I don't know about

This is a great set chinaski, thanks! One question though guys(because I'm pretty much a doofus at figuring out how some of this stuff works). What do I do to fix it if certain images don't show up where they're supposed to? For example, A. J. Burnett's image won't show up, I see a message that says "File not found: P763.bmp." I can see his image in my photos folder but I don't know what to do to get him to appear in the game. A little help, please?

ah, ya sorry bout that. The script i wrote to rename all the files removed the periods from some players names. rename your aj_burnett.bmp to a.j._burnett.bmp

The file name has to be exactly like it is in-game. If the players name ends with a trailing period, usually in the case of Jr.'s, the filename should be ken_griffey Jr..bmp

Hope that helps ya out.

For those of us that are idiots (myself included), is there a way to either download the file in bmp format, or an easy way to convert that many files to bmp without having to go thru each one??
