Question about ghost players

I am running a fictional league and this year my minor league system is a bit short on relievers. Should I enable ghost players so that my minor league manager is not forced to used exhausted pitchers? I will be able to replenish the system during the draft, but until then I will be short-handed.

If it's just your team, why not go out and pick up some free agent relievers to fix the problem? While enableing ghost players may help, it might also not let some of your lower minor leaguers get playing time.
