Injuries and more trading issues.
1) I had four guys on the DL (one with a career-ending injury) at the end of the season. They were still red with a few weeks to go until recovery when I proceeded to the next season. I ran the Amateur Draft (this was a league with financials and scouting/coaching off), checked my team, and found out that the three remaining players had been healed. So I removed them from the DL list and placed them back on the active roster, one in the majors, one in AAA, and the other in AA. I ran Spring Training and checked back with my team using "Transactions". I found out that the three healed players were now injured again. I thought it was just a fluke but they stay injured so I had to place them all on the DL again.
2) I am not fond of the trading AI as you well know. Another flaw I've found is this: there was a deal I proposed that the AI remarked, "this would hurt our team". In that deal was a Middle Reliever (on my side). I changed his role from MR to Closer and the AI became happy without changing any of the players involved. Only the AI can reject and accept a deal at the same time with exactly the same players involved. |
