Black screen

I've been running the game for about 8 months on this computer (Windows XP) without problems. This AM, when I opened the game, the interface was just a black screen. The game was running - if I clicked on the black screen where the "quit" button is in the lower right hand corner, the game would quit. So I think it's just the game display that is malfunctioning. I tried toggling the 3D thing on and off in game configuration, but that didn't help.

Anyone else had a problem like this? I ran a sim yesterday seemingly without any problems, and as far as I know no new software or other changes were made to the computer overnight.

Have you rebooted the computer ?

If that doesn't work you may need to try an uninstall/reinstall.

I did reboot.

If I uninstall/reinstall, will I need to reset my eLicense?
