help for new user!

I just got OOTP after reading all the great reviews, and I couldnt wait to manage some of my favorite teams from years past. However, to my dismay, when I try to load a team from any year, I get an error! Can someone clue me in?

What exacly does the error box say? I ain't the greatest of help...but, I'll give it a run LOL.
A lot of times it can be something as silly as just having to uninstall/reinstall OOTP. I've been playing OOTP for several years and often forget to make sure in the "SAVED GAMES" folder the roster set I DL'd says ".lg" at the end of the roster sets title.
Anyways, post back and maybe I can help.
