abnormal program termination?

After almost every game in my new season when the game is finished up pops an error when saving the league and stats. How can i fix this? THe stats are saved and all but i have to reload the game every time and it gets annoying. Thanks

You have got to give as much info about your system as you can, we can't help without it.
