High vs. Very High Detail

I'm trying to determine which of these settings I want to use. Is the only difference that it tracks batter vs. pitcher match-ups? I think the manual uses this as an example, but I'm not sure if you gain anything else by moving to Very High.

Yes, that's it. The sole difference between "High" and "Very High" is the addition of tracking batter/pitcher match-ups.
