Lahman file

I downloaded the microsoft access 2000 file, tried to unzip it and was given the message that it was not a valid format. Any suggestions?

You need the "comma-delimited" format.

When do you get this message, while unzipping the file, or while importing the files?

What version of the comma delimited Lahman Database were you using, whith which version of OOTP? (Lahman 5 -> OOTP5/ Lahman 4.5, 4.0, 3.0 -> OOTP4/ Lahman 4.0, 3.0 -> OOTP3 / Lahman 3.0 -> OOTP2)

At the site, baseball1.com, I click on the download version 5.0(either access 2000 or comma delimited, it doesn't matter - either way I get the same message in the end).

Message box asks open or save and I pick save. Pathway I save to is either to the OOTP5 folder or a folder I created called C:/stats.

After the download is complete, the message box asks if I want to open. I click on Open. Winzip asks if I want to use the evaluation copy of winzip and I say yes.

I get a box with an x in a red dot that says:

"Cannot open file. It does not appear to be a valid archive.

"If you downloaded the file try downloading the file again."

I have tried this a number of times over the past two days with the same result.

I appriciate the help.
