OOTPB 2007 is a vast improvement over 2006. It cures cancer and turns lead into gold. I've even heard that OOTPB 2007 is nine feet tall and shoots fireballs out of it's arse.

All kidding aside OOTP 2007 has the best manual of any game I've ever owned. I've never had a question that isn't answered in there.
